WHAT IS CrystalsAndStrings?

CrystalsAndStrings is an online shop that carries brand new and pre-owned AUTHENTIC HIGH-END LUXURY designer brands in the fashion industry. Our line include Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Fendi, and more. In addition, we also sell brand new items like watches, wallets, eyeglasses, and other accessories.

CrystalsAndStrings have been in the reselling business since 2005, wherein we offered perfumes, branded clothing, and ladies' accessories. However, we operated only within a small circle of clients.

We offer classics, hard-to-find, limited editions, and up-to-the-latest models available which we are known to sell at a very REASONABLE price. CrystalsAndStrings values its client’s satisfaction more than anything.


WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR ITEMS?

Our items are bought mainly in Japan where Shopping is a particularly distinctive experience. It's not like in Europe where bags are just lumped altogether like flea market. Each luxurious bag in Japan is treated with respect, just as it should be-- even if it is second hand. You actually are handed a pair of white gloves to wear should you ask to inspect a bag of your choice. It was quite an experience I must say. They attempt to preserve the original condition of the bag as it came in.

Some of our items (Juicy Couture, Coach, etc.) are also sourced from the United States.

To ensure authenticity and complete customer satisfaction, we don’t have local purchase, nor consignments. Trade-In and Swapping will not be entertained either.


HOW WILL I BE ENSURED OF AUTHENTICITY?

All items on our list are guaranteed authentic. Mostly gently pre-owned unless otherwise specified as brandnew. All our pre-owned items are guaranteed gently pre-owned we highly consider the condition of the bag against the extras that would come with it (dustbags,box, paper bags etc). No offense to those replica sellers, but there were some reports that sales from counterfeit items were being used to fund terrorism, that is why we do not condone this kind of act. With years of using authentic items, we have been able to study authenticity issues, thus made us an expert already on authenticity issues. This is why it is very important to know you seller and purchase wisely.


WHERE IS YOUR LOCATION OR STORE?

We are located in Marikina City, Philippines. We do not have a boutique or a shop to preserve freshness of our premium items. Each bag in our possession is treated with respect, just as it should be-- even if it is second hand You actually are handed a pair of white gloves to wear should you ask to inspect a bag of your choice. We opt to preserve the original condition of the bag as it came in our care.


DO YOU DO MEET-UPS? WHERE?

If interested to see/check an item/s before purchasing, the client must schedule a day or two before. We do not charge handling fees either.
If you are a willing and able buyer, we can meet you in the following specific safe areas:
Marikina, - Starbucks (Blue Wave Marquinton)
Antipolo & Cainta - Figaro, Brickroad, (beside Sta Lucia East GrandMall)
Pasig - Starbucks (Metrowalk)

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ITEM AFTER I PAID?

We can ship locally and internationally. Our main couriers are LBC and FEDEX. The client is free to choose whichever courier he/she would like to use. Shipping fee depends on the location and weight of the item/s. Insuring the item/s depends on the client and is to be shouldered by the buyer as well as the shipping fee. We guarantee that the item is always well packaged so as not to damage it during freight.

The item bought will be shipped within 24 hours or once the payment has been confirmed, depending on the mode of payment used. A tracking number will be given to you once it has been shipped.


WHEN ARE IS A PERSON CONSIDERED TO BE A PREFERRED CLIENT?

A person is considered to be a preferred client if the person has purchased from us at least 3 items or have purchased a minimum of 100,000Php in cash.

As a preferred client, you are entitled to the following:
10% discount on your next cash purchase
Pre-approved credit terms covered with post-dated checks (see below for specific conditions)


WHY DO YOU ASK FOR MY PERSONAL INFO?

CrystalsandStrings shall keep a client profile in order to keep track of purchases, which we also use to inform you our news and updates. We may send this via mail, email or text brigades. The only personal information we require are complete name, present address, landline, contact number/s, email address, employer/company. We assure you that the information are highly treated as confidential.


WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS AND POLICIES:

1)CASH BASIS (PRIORITY)

We accept bank deposit, and Cash on Delivery (COD). It is the client’s responsibility to inform us once a deposit has been made so WE CAN SCHEDULE immediate delivery and shipment. We shall appreciate if you can email a copy of the scanned deposit slip for documentation. Email: crystalsandstrings@gmail.com. Discounts can be given depending on the model being purchased for spot cash.

We only accept dated checks from preferred clients. Dated checks should be addressed to us specifically “Cyrel Ontimare” "Geneva Silva" or addressed as “pay to cash”

2) TERMS

Payment through checks is only applicable to preferred clients.
We require 50% cash downpayment of the total amount purchased.
Number of periods the payment should be discussed with us.
Discounts are not given for this mode of payment.
Period of payments varies from the total amount of purchase.
Period of term payments offered are as follows:

30,000php and below = 1 month
31,000php – 50,000php = 2 months
51,000php and above = 3 months

3) LAYAWAY

Payments may be done via bank deposits, COD and dated checks for the valid clients are accepted.
We will keep the item until full payment has been given.
Discounts are not given for this mode of payment either.
If the client decides to cancel a purchase or failure to meet payments within the agreed period of time, no refund and neither shall the item be given to him/her anymore.
Once the item has been bought through this mode of payment, it will automatically be kept in proper care. The client may check the item once in a while if he/she wishes to.
Period of payments varies from the total amount of purchase.
Period of term payments offered are as follow:

51,000php and above = 3 months


CAN I RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

Please take note that what you see in the photos is exactly what you would get. We rate our bags in accordance to our BAG CONDITION DESCRIPTION and we provide pictures of the flaws and different angles of the item, so it is the client’s responsibility to check each photos and information carefully. We try to show the exact condition of the item and we do not edit the pictures as either. We use a high resolution camera and we present the photos on different lighting such as with flash, w/o flash and in broad daylight to get a better look of the color and condition of the item. However, if still unsatisfied with the photos, feel free to contact and we will send more photos. THEREFORE WE STRICTLY IMPOSE NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE POLICY.


CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM?

Yes. Reservations are valid only for 48 HOURS. If we do not receive any downpayment nor hear anything from your thereafter, your reservation posting shall be immediately deleted to give way to other interested buyers.


CAN I ORDER A SPECIFIC BAG THAT I WANT THAT IS NOT ON YOUR LIST?

Yes. Feel free to message us if you are interested with any particular style/brand that we do not have on OUR LIST. We will show you pictures that we may get from our suppliers and sources and then give you a quotation for it. We will inform you also how long the item may take. If you decide to purchase it, an agreed mode of payment shall be made. However we require 50% cash deposit. Spare change shall be given back if applicable to the mode of payment.

An acknowledgment of receiving the payment shall be signed by us and the client to assure his/her deposit made. No special order shall be processed without this.
